Born in 1988 in Tehran, Mohammad Shams is the CEO of Diecut Printing and Packaging Complex. He began working in the printing industry as a child in his father's factory, maintaining his family's profession. His passion for this field led him to pursue higher education in the printing process at university, where he excelled as the top student. With 23 years of active presence in the printing industry, Shams combines practical experience with academic knowledge. Recognizing the importance of human resources in the printing industry, he continues his education in executive management with a focus on strategic management at the master's level. Shams , a creative and capable individual, decides to leverage his years of work experience and academic knowledge to bring innovation to the printing industry. In addition to executive work and launching new production lines, he actively engages in education and research. Since 2007, Shams has been teaching at applied scientific universities, training over 1000 students in associate's, bachelor's, and master's programs. He is the first and only instructor of printing courses in the universities of Kermanshah province, initiating a printing and publishing department, organizing various educational workshops, and collaborating with cultural and educational authorities. Shams serves as the director and examiner of the Kermanshah Printing House Union. As mentioned earlier, he is the CEO of Diecut Printing and Packaging Complex, which, with 52 years of experience, is the most advanced and largest printing house in western Iran.
